		<description>When it comes to 2D animation as seen in children&#039;s series like Max&amp;Ruby or Dora the Explorer, what kind of animation tools/software do they use.  If the studios creating these series are using MacroMedia Flash, are they also using Adobe Photoshop.  What about ToonBoom Studio?  What are the major differences between MacroMedia Flash and ToonBoom Studio?  Any feedback is greatly appreciated!  Thanks!</description>
