Nextoons: The Nicktoons Film Festival 2005
It wasn’t long ago when the Nicktoons Network, ran a 
fantastic compilation of shorts called covered the entries and the results of the competition in great detail, and now it’s back! The gang over at Frederator, Fred Seibert and Eric Homan, have renamed the festival ‘Nextoons,’ and the submission door has officially swung wide. Last year, a truckload of Flash shorts made the cut, but the festival is accepting any style of animation, as long as your work is between :30 seconds and 10 minutes. I read the fine print on the festival’s legal form, and the terms are very artist-friendly – it’s a true win-win. Entry forms are available on the Festival website, and the clock is officially ticking – get crackin!
