If anime is drawn 2-D and animated traditionally, then freaking do the animation traditionally if you're basing off of anime itself! Mugwara is actually Mugiwara(Straw Hat).

Oh and since the main characters aren’t really typical characters, it isn’t much spoofing or making fun of the styles, just spoofing the rules that are applied (Not good). Supporting characters or background characters are usually getting my attention making me feel like I’m in a “Where’s Waldo” book.
