Cold, Hard Flash is normally a news source for the Flash character animation industry, but I’m making an exception this weekend for a friend. Andy Feinstein is the creator of ‘Girls & Sports Comics,’ which, according to Andy, is the country’s fastest growing comic strip among young readers. Girls & Sports currently appears in over 150 mainstream newspapers nationwide including The New York Daily News, The Denver Post, The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, The Philadelphia METRO and the U.S. Military’s Stars and Stripes newspaper.

Andy is looking to produce a series of 30-second Flash animated shorts, and he’s seeking a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ animator(s) who can bring the ‘Girls & Sports’ comic characters to life. He’s hoping to find someone with audio recording capabilities and a sound effects library. Animators will be responsible for in-betweens, compositing, sound effects and/or musical score and voiceover recording.
