Samsung’s Korean Flash Site
Samsung, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, has
plugged in a new Korean-language website that makes excellent use of Flash. The site appears to be promoting the variety of products that Samsung offers, and they’ve realized their message with Flash-animated bitmap and vector elements. I’d also guess that the characters were built with 3D software and exported as PNGs into Flash.
When you arrive at the Samsung website, a pop-up window should appear, and to see a series of interactive animations, click on the hotlink on the right hand side labeled ‘anamation’ (sic). You’ll get to see Mom talk to the refrigerator, Sis get choked, and Granny ogle some punk rock on the flat screen TV.
