Shanghai Flash Animation Studio
The Chinese Flash-animation studio Snail Cultural Propagation 
seems to produce a variety of titles and styles of animation. One that caught my eye is called ‘High High Panda,’ and it centers on a boy dressed in a panda suit who has friends and enemies who also dress in a variety of animal costumes. If didn’t know any better, I’d say they live in some sort of warped Halloweenland. That being said, the designs are sharp and the backgrounds are well-rendered. 
I must warn you - the download times here are on the long side.
You should also check out a Flash-animated short called ‘The Monkey King,’ that pits the monkey versus a sword-bearing bull. Very engaging action, and some clever camera work. Strong work coming out of Shanghai.
