Spazzco’s How To Draw Monsters
filed Under: Uncategorized
Dana Muise is the animation director at one of the survivors.
There aren’t many companies that built a repuation on Flash animation in the late 90’s and stll live to tell the tale. But Dana’s Spazzco is doing just that. They’re very much alive and kicking, and the latest Flash project is a ‘How To Draw Monsters’ DVD that accompanies a book of the same name. While Dana’s not developing shows for major animation networks, he’s putting creating elaborate how-to videos like this one, that literally illustrates how to draw a monster. The project is still in production, and I’ll keep you updated as it rolls towards completion.
If Dana’s name sounds familiar, remember that Cold, Hard Flash pointed to his ‘Wendell and Wuggums’ shorts back in June. Holds up nicely, don’t it?

Wendell and Wuggums was definitely a beakon of creative light back in the .COM days. It has a great sense of humor, funny drawings and some wacky music.
Dana is a super cool artist. I’m looking forward to seeing this DVD come out.
