This Fall, Nick Jr. will premiere a new show for kids 2-5 - ‘Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!’ It’s the creation of Bob Boyle, who is the producer on Nickelodeon’s ‘The Fairly OddParents’ and ‘Danny Phantom,’ and it’s currently being produced by Bolder Media For Boys and Girls, and IDT/Film Roman. A production diary is being catalogued at The Wubblog, a regularly updated blog. Animation is being handled by Bardel Animation Studios in Vancouver, while retakes and tweaks are handled by a very talented bunch housed over at Film Roman.

While we’ll have to wait another 8 or 9 months to see the show, you can get a sneak preview over on The Wubbcast. It’s the world’s first-ever video podcast of preschooler programming, and they’re currently airing a Flash animated sequence called ‘The Wubbzy Theme.’ You can also see a brief scene from Bardel over on the The Wubblog.
