Tooned In is an animation studio in Seattle, 
and they’re recently hit the viral-animation goldmine. With ‘Cheney’s Got a Gun,’ their studio pokes fun (who hasn’t?) at Dick Cheney and his itchy trigger finger. Nothing amazing about the animation, but there’s a few chuckles in there that are worth watching.
The Tooned In founders, Cindy Ball and John Mahoney, are ex-Hanna Barbera employees.

Amazing how news travels so quickly, that things like this, and recent Time magazine (printed), etc. lag so far behind as to make this just old news now.

not bad, the audio was the strongest part of it.

I can see why the studio half-assed the animation: the joke is a fairly obvious one, so they wanted to be first to the web with the parody.
