According to a recent article in Kidscreen Magazine, Alx Meza is hoping for a spring 2007 launch of his Flash-animated series ‘Mariachi Ninja.’ Alx is seasoned Flash-animator with experience at many of the high-profile studios in Los Angeles, and his company Cartoon Quarry is currently seeking international co-producers to help kick his series into production. ‘Mariachi Ninja’ is aimed at the 6-12 age group and his budget si $350K per half hour.

A short teaser can be seen over at the Cartoon Quarry website, but a 7-minute pilot is reportedly in the works.
