6PH Launches Tire Fire
Six Point Harness has
just unveiled Tire Fire Films, a division of the company entirely focused on original properties. It’s an exciting launch for the team, and it marks several years of development and production on their original projects, all of which are animated in Flash.
One of the more recent projects is ‘Clawdad,’ a bizarre, underwater comedy created by Seth Cooper.
Here’s the write-up from the website:
No one in the Habitat quite understands Joby-Joby and his bizarre friendship with a giant prehistoric crustacean named Clawdad. Next door neighbor Gurka doesn’t seem to mind, she even lets Dak and Lily play basketball with Joby and Clawdad in the driveway. Anything to get them out of the house and stop pestering the Hands who keep her home looking nice, and provide her with state of the art electronics.
Also, notice that Hayk Manukyan’s ‘Neenja,’ a series discussed here not long ago, has now folded into the Tire Fire empire. I have it on good authority, that there’s MUCH more to come.

“Clawdad seems more like a terrarium than an aquarium”
Correct. The ceiling of the Habitat is a membrane composed of large jelly filled cells which form a seal protecting the Habitat from the deadly atmosphere of the Hands’ world.
