Kowaii.tv Delivers Ninja Babies
Finnish animation 
company Character Business Ltd. has launched a new animation portal called kowaii.TV. First out of the box is Ninja Babies, a series drawn traditionally and then cleaned up in Flash. It’s full of beautiful layouts, character design and color, but be warned – the pilot episode is not for the squeemish. New episodes will be arriving in a matter of weeks and then future shows rolling out there after.

Great production values!
Character design is weak in my oppinion however it was really only the females or the babies.
I’m puzzled as to the application though, such rich tones and stunning layouts. Ninja babies? uhm…
This dude should be working towards something else, feature or something, just not sure that the visuals fit with the concept.
It’s really sexy though, don’t get me wrong. This guy should be making a flash feature.

agree with Gene on the character design.
scene compositions, BGs, and layout look really good. I see that the director did the BGs so i guess that helps.
there’s a “germ” of a concept there so I’d check out future episodes.

Awesome! I really dug the music, dark story, and production value. It reminded me of Noir films, which is a good thing.
