Fall Out Boy and Happy Tree Friends
Fall Out Boy, the pop-punk band from Illinois, has teamed up with the gang at Happy Tree Friends for their lasest music video. Carpal Tunnel of Love (graphic cartoon violence) is off their new album Infinity on High, which was just released this week.
Mondo Media brought in Fatkat Animation to bring the video to life. It’s no wonder - Fatkat animated all sorts of episodes for the HTF television series which airs on G4 TV. We featured an exclusive episode from the TV series along with a creator commentary back in November of last year.

I feel really bad fot the happy tree friends crew, that music has to be the worst thing to animate and or be heard by a human ear. I myself would rather chew on tin foil than listen to 10 secs of that garbage.

The music is ok. Not my cup of tea, however the video was well done. Kenn directed it well and the krew here at Fatkat - Directed by Daniel Theriault with Keith Dury and Erika Worthylake rocked out on the animation. Mike (show me your titties)Concannon - hammered on the backgrounds.

What, are you some kind of electro anorak freak. It might not be the best sound in the world but at least they’re thinking a bit and not just twiddling knobs on some keyboard synthesizer or having themselves shot on some half arsed sound stage with their hair flying everywhere so that their ‘teen angst’ shines through. Better still talking absolute rubbish about how they shot some fool up last night over a sample that they ripped off from another, much more popular and well conceived track. I would be far more inclined to lok for another Fallout Boy vid from now on knowing that they are at least willing to try and entertain their viewers. I should imagine i would most likely rather ‘chew on tin foil’ myself than listen to some of the cr@p you have in your music collection.

Yay!I love Happy Tree Friends!The FOB vid is how I got introdused to HTF,and the song rocked!and I probly sound like an complet idiot!
