That Chaotic cartoon is done in Toon Boom, but they may use some flash elements.

Chaotic is done entirely in Flash and has nothing to do with Toon Boom.
Other new Flash shows I can think of are Ricky Sprocket and George of the Jungle.

Chaotic’s effects team is doing a really nice job! Kudos.
The raster/vector mesh on the Richard Scary stuff is excellent.
Pretty soon no one will remember when Flash animation kind of sucked.

yup all chaotic is in flash.
not crazy on the bevel stuff on it, but over all it’s a killer show, very well designed by Bardel!
