Dimitri Frazao, a student at Cal Arts in Valencia, California, recently posted his senior film One Last Song on YouTube. He animated the short in Flash, composited it in After Effects and then edited it all together in Final Cut Pro.
Frazao, a Brazilian native, also created this short live-action/animation composite test along with fellow Cal Arts students Alex Hirsch and Nick Butera.

wow that’s great!
i’ve always been curious as to what the workload is like at cal arts that senior year, do they let their students just focus on the thesis and not have to take other classes?
there’s always so much work that goes into them!!!
