Sean Szeles, an animator on Nickelodeon’s El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, has posted an animatic-to-animation post on his blog. Szeles shows in detail how a scene comes to life, from a storyboard to the actual animation in Flash. The shot is from an episode titled El Tigre El Jefe, in which Sergio, a devious kid seeks revenge against Manny.

The episode was storyboarded by Eddie Trigueros, and the series director, Dave Thomas, has posted several pages of it on his blog.
