Harvey Birdman – Case Closed
The 39th and final episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, airs this Sunday night. The Death of Harvey will air at 11:45 pm/ET on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, ending one of the more successful Flash animated series on air. According to a recent interview with series creators Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter, the show was originally intended to go 10 episodes, but 6 years later Turner Studios if finally wrapping up the production. Congrats to CHF members Steve Vitale and Les Harper and to the rest of the crew in Atlanta. We’ll close out the series with an homage to Birdgirl, assembled by animation director Steve Vitale:

Harvey Birdman is one of my very favorite Adult Swim shows. Congrats to all who worked on it!

Does anyone know what these hanna-barbera/retro type of animaiton is called?I’m trying to find tutorials on how to make these types of animation with flash, but have been having trouble with not really knowing what to google.
