Three Legged Legs Rides With NASCAR
The team at Three Legged Legs added some fierce 2D animation to this TV spot for Sprint. All NASCAR fans know that Sprint is the sponsor of the biggest prize in the sport - The NASCAR Sprint Cup. 3LL (and Green Dot Films) was paired with the production company Alturas Redfish Films and together they brought the spot to life for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco.
The spot was directed by Michael Mann, director of Manhunter, Heat and The Insider, and produced out of Alturas Redfish Films. Kathleen Quaife, a CHF member who utilized Flash on the project, was amongst the 7 animators at 3LL on the project, and she points us to a second spot in the message boards.

I saw this campaign on a TV in a McDonalds and recorded it on my cell because I liked it so much. Nice work.
