Mole Hill Gives Birth to Happy Families
Mole Hill, a UK-based designer/director, has had a great deal of success in the stop-motion realm, working on various TV spots and the award-winning series Yoho Ahoy. But more recently, Hill has set about producing his own series, which is being animated in Flash. He has titled these 1-minute shorts Happy Families, and employed a rough, loose line-style, which seems a perfect compliment to his loopy rhymes. Here’s Mrs. Quill the Poetess, which features the most proper-sounding bathroom humor you’re likely to hear.
Check out his other episodes, Mr. Flagg the Monarchist and Mr. Peep the Womanizer, which just won a weekly prize at the Atom Uploads Showdown competition.

This is the first time I’ve heard Poos rhymed with Muse. I love it!

This was cool. I really liked the unique style and the dark overtones of the look, story-telling, voice-over, and music. Mr. Peeps is definitely my favorite and worth watching.
