Back in February, we featured the cartoon collaboration between Nick Anderson, the Houston Chronicle’s editorial cartoonist, and Todd Ramsay – the man behind Honkbarn. Together they’ve been knocking out a series of Flash-animated editorial cartoons for chron.com, like this one, titled The Watchdog.
