Breakthrough Producing Producing Parker
Breakthrough Animation has embarked on a new Flash-animated series called Producing Parker. Produced along with CanWest Media, the half-hour series “follows the outrageous adventures of overworked and underpaid producer Parker and her quirky crew.” The series features the voice talent of Kim Cattrall, of Sex and the City fame. The project is slated to appear in Spring 2009 on the E! network in Canada.

This is cute! I like a lot of her facial expressions. She’s lively. Too bad we can’t watch it on TV in the States.

Kim Cattrall never stops!
She has been so busy this year. I keep seeing her all round the world. She is at fashion shows, openings, starring in films, I mean I just got her voice on my GPS from http://www.navtones.com even.

Animation and design work looks great. I agree with ‘fawn’ that it’s a bummer we can’t watch it in the USA.

I’ve been looking forward to this series, and similarly hoping that this title would make it to the States for a while. Plus, I just adore Breakthrough Animation’s work. A few of their other titles have made it to the States, most timely being JIMMY TWO SHOES next year, and so even though this is Breakthrough’s first “adult” animation title, I’d like to think that there is a rather good window for PRODUCING PARKER to make it south of the border — so to speak.

Wow, that’s one of the most beautiful Flash animations I’ve ever seen. The look, the timing, the movement, everything’s perfect. I hope I have the chance to see more of it.

A great looking series, feels like an animated 30 rock.

I’m not a fan of Kim Cattrall, but the animation is absolutely wonderful. I dunno if I have E! but I do live in Canada.. and all of you Statesers, I’m sure you’ll be able to find placed online to watch it.. Unless for some reason our guys up here do the same lame thing as your guys there and block out video streaming from outside countries.. Theres been a few things posted on here or Drawn.ca I’ve wanted to see but they jerks won’t let me watch them from their server cause I don’t live in the states.
Oh well, I guess we’ll find out.

Beautiful animation and character design.
The show looks like an animated “30 Rock”.
Themes like a herd of execs chasing a scantily clad babe seem a bit tired.

Looks nice.
But a show about a producer?
Sounds like a show a producer might love. Haha

Glad this show is getting such high praise from you guys, it looks well produced. But the question I have is why is this even animated?
It might possibly be a really funny show with great scripts, but from what I see here and saw at the Ottawa festival this past fall, there is no reason for this to be a cartoon.
Best of luch though.
