In each episode of his new animated series, Terry Mynott offers a different celebrity storyteller, reading from the wooden book of life. The series is titled Cozy Cabin, and that’s exactly where each episode is set. You may remember Mynott’s previous Flash-animated series Star ST, which was discussed here back in 2007. All animation for this series was handled by Steven Lalonde. Here’s the first episode, titled In the Beginning, hosted by Christopher Walken, and you can read more about the series here. We may never know if Flash will be available on the iPhone. Steve Jobs thinks it’s too slow. While we await that official announcement from Adobe and Apple, enjoy this iPhone app that was created with Flash. The team at Tui Studios employed the software to create the prototype, the storyboards and the animation (along with Anime Studio). Little Bella’s: I Close My Eyes, which was created by Jonathan Dower, incorporates solid, interactive animation into short reading and learning exercises – all aimed at kids 3-9.

Mysh and Oren Mashkovski were commissioned to create an animated series for Gary Skyner’s English training website Clikeng.com. Two full episodes of the series Making Headlines are up on the website now, but you can watch this Flash-animated promo below. The show stars Jeeves as a newsman who doesn’t report the news – he performs it.

Nathaniel Milburn, a 19-year old animator attending Savannah College of Art and Design, created this Flash-animated instructional film for his Motion Techniques class. In the short, titled How To Make Freezer Pops, Milburn illustrates how to create your own icy juice snacks.
