I just watched a bunch of the original 'Making Fiends.' I found the concept a little derivative- like a meaner and uglier version of Forster Home For Imaginary Friends. Mix in a bit of South Park animation style and cynicism and a few spoonfuls of Homestar Runner voice acting and irreverence. Also, one of the jokes (a character showing a pony for show-and-tell) was directly taken from the Simpsons.

Despite these drawbacks I found the show strangely watchable. Perhaps due to the freshness that a female perspective brings.

Sorry if I'm being too critical.
