Tea&Cheese Suits Up For Barclaycard Waterslide Competition
The UK animator known as tea&cheese hit the deadline and submitted his video to the Barclaycard Waterslide competition on YouTube. It’s an extension of Barclaycard’s elaborate TV spot which features an action figure rifling down a circuitous waterslide. It contains several doses of Mario Bros. with just a hint of Tetris tossed in for good measure, and while it doesn’t appear to be produced with Flash – it was. All of the artwork for 8-Bit Water Slide was built and animated in Flash, then printed and cut out and reanimated in real life. Have a watch and if you like – go vote for his submission to win.

Is there a version without the annoying banner at the bottom asking us to vote for it?

Whoops, “turn off annotations” on the right side for us button mashers who aren’t very smart.
