Six Point Helps Chowder Get Animated
Fawn Veerasunthorn at Six Point Harness Studios directed this Flash-animated Chowder spot for Cartoon Network’s Get Animated campaign. It’s part of the Spot the Block effort which “encourages kids to use the Nutrition Facts Label on food packages to make healthier food choices.” The animation team included James Krenzke, Mac Whiting, Jaime Velasquez, and Joe Kossuth.

I’d like to add that character layout was done by Angelo Vilar and Chris Toms. Background by Gerald De Jesus. Tony Christopherson did an amazing job and made everything pretty in After Effects.

Wow, Chowder and co. look amazing in Flash. I also liked how the textures moved just like on the show!

I dig this so much. And I think “Rock Monsters Rock” is going to be my new motto for my next stage in life. Because it’s awesome.
