The Fantastic World of Fantástico Morales is an animated series concept imagined by Jossie Malis (Bendito Machine) and Ricardo Espinosa, and Malis wrote, designed and animated this pilot below. It nearly snagged a 7 episode pick-up, but was scuttled at the last moment. Too bad – it looks wonderfully unhinged.

that was awesome. you don’t see enough surreal effed up weird animation. kudos to the team who worked on this. and kudos to their drug dealer.
