Bob Rutan, who has recently worked on projects like Monster High and The Ricky Gervais Show, designed, directed and animated this new promotional video for LeadMD. The subject material is a bit dry, but Rutan helps add style and energy to the 2-minute piece:
As part of his studies at NYU, Avi Tuchman created this Flash-animated short, titled Bedtime. We meet a little girl who struggles to go to bed, imagining her parents are having untold fun in her absence.
Kilogramme recently finished this recycling PSA Ribble Valley, a city in North West England. Working alongside the graphic design agency Ginger Pumpkin, the Kilogramme team wrote, directed and animated this piece in a just a few weeks. They used Flash and After Effects, it was produced by Claire Grey, David Ridges and Craig Knowles:
Titmouse is nearly set to roll-out their latest production model – Motorcity. This turbo-charged series premieres on Disney XD on April 30th at 9pm ET/PT, and it looks like a hit in the making.
The team has set a new bar for Flash character animation. While Titmouse is employing “re-use” techniques, you’d never know it, as the animation so full and fluid. There’s certainly a lot of drawing mileage going into each and every shot, and the facial acting is really elaborate and engaging. Of course, Flash isn’t the only tool being employed – the Titmouse team is using After Effects, Maya and Photoshop as well. Here’s a few shots from the show:
