Golden Blaze Lights Up Italy

Just spotted this bit of news over at animationnation.com – the first theatrically-released Flash-animated feature ‘Golden Blaze,’ has won a prestigious film award. Cold, Hard Flash reported on the film’s original release back in April and now we know that ‘Golden Blaze’ has won Best Animation Film in the ‘Kidz’ (with a Z!) Section at the Giffoni Film Festival on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. The film beat out stiff competition, including the CG film, ‘Valiant.’ Congratulations to Bryon Carson, the director of the film, and the entire crew of ‘Golden Blaze!’
