Radiohead According to Laith Bahrani

British animator Laith Bahrani didn’t need an invite from Radiohead to start animating. Bahrani cast the characters from his online series Low Morale into a Flash-animated music video for the Creep - Acoustic Version, and the piece went on to win the Animation award at the 2007 Flashforward awards in Boston.

The piece has been viewed well over a million times at YouTube, and who knows how many times at Laith’s website. In a Cold Hard Flash interview back in 2005, Bahrani said the entire piece too about “4 months, or 350 hours” to produce. He said to create a single chair took him 3 hours. It’s a good thing this contest deadline is only 3 weeks away!
