Alan Becker’s Animator vs. Animation series is now the stuff of internet legend. His saga, set inside a computer and Adobe’s Flash software, has been viewed well over 10 million times. Atom.com managed to snag an exclusive premiere of a new Happy Tree Friends 2-parter. Junk in the Trunk, which was directed by Ken Navarro, features Lumpy and his pet elephant. Part 1, which you can see below, contains not an ounce of blood. Fear not, the bloody second half can be seen here.

Kevin Lofton has just released the first episode of Crackatron over at Atom.com, and without the use of a single barbituate, he handled animation direction, character design and layouts. His “crack” team of artists included Joe Cappabianca on animation, Edmond Hawkins III on compositing and Liz Artinian on backgrounds. Lofton is already rolling the next one, so puff on this one fast!
Kyle Carrozza watched his web short become a TV short this summer on Comedy Central’s Atom TV, a 2am block that airs Monday nights. Ralph and Bichael in Ralphy Panda and the Half Baked Ditz was submitted to Atom.com via their Upload Showdown competition, and the 1:30 minute film was off to the network.
