Okay, it’s about each of us doing our part to secure a safe, disaster-free future for our offspring, but animation can help us get there. For instance, here’s a short PSA called The Stress of Business Travel, which was produced by the team at Producto Studios. It was crafted for Climate Care Day, an initiaitive created by Arkadin and WWF to illustrate the “simple steps you can take and to make a difference and create change.” The animation was produced by Producto Studios, and the design was handled by Les Harper on character and Dan Golden on BGs.

He delivered a shortened version of the world’s most famous PowerPoint presentation, the slide show that turned into the Oscar-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth. The video of Gore’s 30-minute speech can be seen at the TED website, but below you can view a short segment pulled from the middle. It features Dave Schlafman’s Flash-animated PSA, Sky is Falling, which won Current TV’s Sixty Seconds to Save the Earth contest. We’ve now featured this short on the site 3 times, but it’s just cool to see Al Gore introduce it.

Pottery Barn, a subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, asked internal Media Producer Scott Young to create a video that and the result is a 2:30 minute Flash-animation titled Organic Living With the Greens. The video is currently playing on the Pottery Barn Kids website.
