Amy Winfrey’s (creator of Making Fiends) latest online series, Squid and Frog, offers up some invaluable costuming advice in this Halloween-themed episode:

The mystery creatures from the basement are revealed again in the latest Baman Piderman episode, Hab Da Sleepover. And I’m dying to know what that giant creature at Baman’s door is. Another great episode from Alex Butera and Lindsay Small.

A healthy crop of Flash-animated Halloween shorts arrived this year, and OddBot Inc. was not to be outdone. The studio tapped Crystal Stromer to write and direct her own original short, and in 3 short weeks, A Candy Affair was born. Zach Aufdemberg helped with story, animation, editing and sound. Will Patrick chipped in on storyboards and animation, while Eric Gonzalez designed the backgrounds and title cards.

The 2nd season of Supernews premieres in two weeks, but in honor of Halloween they’ve squeezed out this appropriately-themed short, titled The First Halloween. Supernews has moved to Thursdays too, and it premieres on November 12th at 11/10c on Current TV.

With Halloween rapidly approaching, Jennifer Shiman’s 30 Second Bunnies Theatre has staged their rendition of the 1941 film The Wolf Man. The feature starred Lon Chaney, Jr. and Béla Lugosi and next year a remake, titled The Wolfman, arrives in theaters.
