The Busy Adventures of Matt Wilson
Matt Wilson, an active CHF member, is trying to fit an entire animation career into 5 years. Living in New Jersey, Matt has already carved out a thriving career as independent Flash animator at the ripe old age of 22. He’s also a show creator, with a half-dozen properties under his belt, a musician who scores his own shows and a talented voice actor.
Bottom line – Matt is one of the more active and daring independent animators around. His first two Flash-animation series, ‘High Score‘ and ‘Bonus Stage,’ are comprised of over a hundred episodes between them.
His recent effort, ‘The Stupid Adventures of Mark an’ Tony,’ is his most elaborate and the animation is his strongest to date. The series currently flies under the Keentoons banner, where he lists himself as an Executive Producer.
CHF recently focused on Andrew Kauervane’s work, including ‘My GOD, Robots!’ which Matt composed a great deal of music for.
Have a look at Matt’s Couchslave Studios website, his blog Things That I Like, the Bonus Stage Message Boards and the abundance of Matt Wilson information over at the Bonus Stage Wiki.
Not long ago, Matt unfurled a membership plan for his shorts, and I’d like to hear an update on how this is working. Matt, care to join us in the message boards?

I’m e-buds with Matt, and he is a very talented individual indeed. I only wish that he had picked up Flash a little earlier, because then he’d be a top dog in the animation industry. If you want to enjoy good Flash cartoons, close out the fighting Newgrounds stick figures and go to a Couchslave Studios production.

That site doesn’t really exist anymore, it’s pretty much no longer on the internet. I don’t really have any desire to restore it unless it were for historical purposes because it was awful compared to what I’m working on these days. If you want to watch a good Flash cartoon, watch Andrew K’s cartoons!!

I’m glad to see Matt mentioned here. Bonus Stage was pretty awesome and I look forward to seeing more of his latest projects.
